Hey friends,

We know it’s been a while since we’ve posted any updates, so please keep reading for some important news from Nick and Cassie about Twilight Over Midgard.

Since our Indiegogo ended, we’ve dealt with a series of hardships and personal tragedies, including the devastating and very sudden loss of one of Cassie’s parents; on top of that, we’ve both been dealing with medical issues and worsening disabilities. We’re both very limited in how much we can do in a day now, and we need to devote the bulk of our energy to our full-time jobs. 

With everything going on in our personal lives, Twilight Over Midgard had to be put on hold. Our initial hope had been to see this project through to completion, but after a lot of thought, we’ve realized that there just isn’t any way for us to finish it right now. Making an audio drama is a lot of work, and while we were fortunate to raise a good chunk of money through Indiegogo, the amount we raised is still pretty small for an audio drama. As a result, both of us were covering many expenses out of pocket and taking on a significant amount of unpaid work for things we just couldn’t afford to pay someone else to do. After everything that’s happened recently, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the project.

We have all of the materials for the Indiegogo rewards and we’re currently working on getting those assembled and mailed out. If you haven’t received your reward yet, we’re still working on fulfilling it. If you’re interested in finding out where the story was supposed to go, we’ve uploaded all of the recording scripts plus the series outline to this website. We’re planning on keeping the website up for at least another year, but we may close it after that (website hosting is expensive).
