Caroline Mincks | Voice of Sigyn

(They/Them)

Caroline Mincks is an audio drama writer, director, designer, and voice actor. They are best known for creating Seen and Not Heard and SHIFTS and for co-creating Light Hearts, Hughes and Mincks: Ghost Detectives, and Surreal Love. Their voice can regularly be heard on all of those shows, as well as This Planet Needs a Name (Zahava), Ad Read (Computer God), The Reignition Theory (Captain Chloe Vasker), and Me, My Demon, and I (Sister Mary). Off the mic, they serve on the board of directors at a local theatre, where they also direct children’s musicals.

Cassie is a Seattle-based writer and artist who’s carried a deep passion for the arts since their seven-year-old-self made their Barbies act out tales of murder, betrayal, and political intrigue. These days, their tales are actually a bit lighter. (But only a bit.)

As a proudly nonbinary, autistic, bisexual, polyamorous person, Cassie is very used to not seeing himself represented in media—so now, he’s going to create the representation he wants to see in the world.

When she’s not creating podcasts, she loves reading, watching cartoons, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Maki Yamazaki is a queer, non-binary artist, voice actress, musician, composer, programmer and engineer based in Scotland. Although they are probably best known for their solo music and performances as Dr. Carmilla, Maki has also had several of their comics published, work displayed in numerous exhibitions, and released a number of indie games and demos. Maki is particularly fond of weaving storytelling into her work and enjoys providing voice-acting for both pleasure and accessibility. She enjoys spending her spare time coding her game engine, engaging in amateur science, and reading LGBTQAI+ fantasy and sci-fi stories. Responds positively to cats, curry and good coffee.

Kiran Kumar | Voice of Benji Daley

Kiran is a voice actor, singer, and software engineer who resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. A relative newcomer in the acting world, he has always dreamed of lending his voice to new and compelling stories. Kiran is ecstatic to do just that in his first ever voice over role by bringing the character of Benji Daley to life. When not auditioning, or taking classes, Kiran spends most of his spare time recording, editing, and mixing various a cappella music projects. Beyond that, he and his partner sing nonsensical songs about their dog while scratching his belly.

Elián Sweeten-López | Voice of Brian Davis

Elián Sweeten-López first ventured into the world of acting in grade school, and finds himself cyclically wandering away and coming home to it again. While his acting credits involve many many local theatre productions in Austin, Texas, Twilight Over Midgard is Elián's first foray into acting for audio dramas. His day job is to be a game designer, and he likes to play games just as much as he loves to make them: he particularly enjoys roguelikes, RPGs, and tabletop games. Elián is learning Danza Chichimeca, and finds strength and wisdom in his indigenous community. He and his partner have three cats and a three-legged bearded dragon.

Marta da Silva | Voice of Freyja

Marta is a multilingual actress who has been part of a wide array of stage, screen and voice over productions. Born in Madrid, raised between Spain and Portugal, and educated at a British school, she moved to the UK in 2012 to train at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She graduated with merit, worked for a while, trained some more at RADA, performed in 3 shows at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2015 (yeah, that was a lot) and moved to London shortly after, where she still lives.

Marta is a fluent speaker of several languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. She also currently studies Japanese and hopes to move there one day whilst somehow still being a professional actor. 頑張ります!

Besides acting, she enjoys gaming (console & PC, she ain’t picky), D&D, photography, music, baking, reading, and travelling (which she misses enormously).

Chijioke B Williams has loved stories for as long as she can remember. The ability to connect the author and audience fascinates her endlessly, and she suspects that nothing is more central to the human experience than storytelling. Chi has been hosting a live radio show, Status Quo, for the past five years, during which she has immersed herself in audio drama and begun to write her own. Chijioke seeks to combine her experience as a journalist with her work in radio fiction to bring depth to the characters she writes and the worlds she builds. Chi's hobbies are parkour, sound design, and subverting societal expectations. She now lives in Chicago, where she can be found engaging in all three.

Aside from voice acting, Dana is also working on completing her PhD in neuroscience, studying stem-cell based therapeutics for spinal cord injury. Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, J.K. graduated from MTSU with a B.S. in Radio/Television Production. Years of working in college radio provided the necessary tools to kickstart what ended up being a lifelong passion in voice-acting. A brief stint in Atlanta, GA inspired J.K. to step out of the vocal booth and in front of the camera.

Lavender | Composer

Lavender is an Olympia-based composer and voice actor who has been involved in music and performing since playing the head of the crocodile in a Peter Pan play in the 4th grade.

She began writing down her own music in Garageband in 2018, and she now composes regularly as a hobby. She also enjoys collaborating on projects with friends.

When not composing or using her vocal cords, she works as librarian assistant, cooks, and tries to brainstorm ideas for a video game.

Kofi Young | Violinist

Kofi Young is a musician, writer and actor best known for their work with queer space-folk concept band The Mechanisms, who put their own twist on Norse mythology in their final studio album, 2017’s The Bifrost Incident. Having killed their character off last year, Kofi continues to produce folk music as a solo artist, releasing their first solo album, The Wassailant, in December 2020. They are currently developing a Celtic rock album about giant mecha!

Kealohi Akeakamai | Poet & Sensitivity Consultant

Ke’alohi Akeakamai is a small-sized wild creature indigenous to the tide pools of O’ahu, Hawai’i. They are a poet, homemaker, and self-taught clown. Ke’alohi has a lifelong interest in animal training and enrichment, and hopes to one day train her own circus dog (to swear). He also enjoys textile arts, worms, and spreadsheets. Physically, Ke’alohi is an invasive species to the American Midwest. Spiritually, they are rolling around in the dirt in the middle of a large forest. Professionally, they are currently writing their first audio drama, The Neon Sanctuary, with their co-creator and spouse.
